Not at all. The welding process is quick, safe, and does not touch your skin. A protective leather barrier is placed between your skin and the welding area for added safety. It takes just seconds to complete your piece.

Yes. Although it is designed to be long-lasting, it can be safely removed with nail clippers or scissors, if needed. It can also be re-welded later if you choose to put it back on.
